Thermhik products can be used in many applications such as pipelines, tanks, boilers, industrial equipment, building renovation, facade and wall applications, cryogenic lines and high-temperature thermal protection. The right product is selected according to application temperature, surface type, thickness requirement and project conditions.

Yes. We work on thin, lightweight and project-adaptable aerogel-based composite solutions for battery packs, energy storage systems, inter-cell thermal barriers, electrical insulation and thermal runaway risk management.

Powderhik can be evaluated for paints, coatings, plasters, composites and special additive applications. Granulhik can be used for cavity filling, panels, composites, profile filling and special thermal applications. Suitability should be evaluated together with the application method and binder system.

Temperature ranges vary by product group. Thermhik CT is positioned for cryogenic and low-temperature applications, Thermhik ST and HT for standard and high-temperature applications, and Thermhik UT for higher temperature classes. Exact values are stated in the relevant product TDS.

Fire behaviour and classification vary by product group. Some Thermhik products have A1 or A2 fire classification. The fire classification and suitability of the selected product should be evaluated according to the relevant TDS, test report and project requirements.

Many aerogel products have a hydrophobic structure and help reduce water absorption. However, application conditions, coating system, mechanical protection and installation details affect performance. System integrity should be evaluated especially for industrial lines and outdoor applications.

The right product depends on temperature range, space limitations, fire requirements, mechanical strength, moisture or condensation risk, installation method and project goals. When you share your project details, we can support you in identifying the suitable product group and technical approach.

Yes. TDS files and available technical documentation can be shared for our products. If additional technical information, samples, test reports or application evaluation are required for a specific project, these can be reviewed separately.

Yes. Depending on the project need, custom dimensions, thicknesses, forms, laminations, coatings or composite structure options can be evaluated. These studies are clarified according to the product group, minimum production conditions, technical feasibility and delivery time.
