Thermhik HT
High Temperature Flexible Aerogel Insulation
Thermhik HT is a high-performance, flexible aerogel insulation sheet reinforced with a fiber matrix, specifically designed for industrial facilities and high-temperature applications up to +650°C. It is classified as A1 Non-Combustible.
Utilizing advanced nano-porous silica technology, Thermhik HT delivers one of the lowest thermal conductivity values available on the market. Compared to conventional insulation materials, it achieves the same thermal performance with a thickness that is 3 to 5 times thinner. Its highly hydrophobic structure combined with vapor permeability significantly reduces the risk of CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation). The flexible sheet format ensures easy handling and installation, resulting in reduced labor costs.

Key Benefits
Superior Insulation Performance
Ensures maximum energy savings with low thermal conductivity compliant with EN standards.
A1 Fire Safety
Classified as “Non-Combustible” under Euroclass A1 (TUV Tested), offering maximum safety.
Easy Installation
Supplied in Flexible Sheet form, eliminating the need for unrolling and reducing cutting waste. Allows for quick application.
CUI Protection & Breathability
Repels liquid water (hydrophobic) but allows water vapor to escape (breathable), keeping the system dry and preventing corrosion.
Mechanical Strength
Resistant to compression and vibration; does not settle or dust over time.
Applications
Refinery Pipelines
High-temperature insulation for refinery pipelines and equipment.
Industrial Furnaces
Boiler and furnace insulation for industrial facilities.
Defense Industry
Heat shields for defense industry applications.
Power Plants
Turbine insulation for power generation facilities.
